How much do custom MMA shorts cost?
Blank custom MMA shorts cost $10 per pair at Lethletic. Full sublimation printing adds $5 to $7 per pair, so 20 printed pairs usually come to about $300 to $340 before shipping. Custom woven labels ($20 per order), hang tags ($30 per order) and shipping are quoted separately, while size labels are free.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Lethletic makes a single-piece sample at a separate sample price, so you can check the fit, fabric and print in hand. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
What is the difference between MMA shorts, boxing shorts and Muay Thai shorts?
MMA shorts are longer board-style shorts with side splits, a velcro and drawstring waist and stretch panels for kicking and grappling. Boxing shorts are loose trunks with a wide elastic waistband that sits high on the stomach. Muay Thai shorts are much shorter and wider in the leg, with a tall elastic waistband, so the knees are free for kicks and clinch work.
Do you make custom BJJ gis and judo gis?
Yes. Blank BJJ gis start at $35 and judo gis at $32 per gi, with embroidered or patched academy logos. See the BJJ and judo pages for weaves, cuts and sizing.
Can you add sponsor logos and fighter names?
Yes. Sponsor logos, fighter names, flags and gym crests can be sublimated into the fabric, embroidered, or sewn on as patches. Send the logo files and a rough placement sketch, and the design team adds them to your free mockup.
Why is sublimation used for MMA shorts and rash guards?
Sublimation turns ink into gas that bonds with polyester fibres, so the design becomes part of the fabric. As a result, it does not crack, peel or fade with hard training and frequent washing, and there is no extra cost for more colours.
Can I get matching rash guard and shorts sets?
Yes. Rash guards, spats and fight shorts are printed from the same artwork in the same batch, so colours match across the set. Sets are popular with BJJ academies and no-gi teams.
How long does a custom fight wear order take?
Bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample. After that, shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
