Custom Running Wear Fabrics: Which One for Your Kit?
The right fabric depends on how you want to decorate the garment. Sublimation only works on polyester, so fully printed singlets, shorts and race suits are made in polyester. Stretch pieces, by contrast, use nylon-spandex and are decorated with screen print, DTF or reflective print.

Worked example: 20 club race singlets
20 singlets × ($7 blank + $7 full sublimation with names and numbers) = $280, plus shipping.
As a private label brand order, add woven labels ($20) and hang tags ($30): $280 + $50 = $330, plus shipping.
Matching shorts: 20 × ($9 + $5 screen-printed logo) = $280, plus shipping.
The one-piece sample ($45 for a singlet, $50 for shorts) is paid separately before bulk production.

Adult XS–2XL and All Youth Sizes
Running kit sits close to the body, so the right size matters for comfort over long miles. We make adult sizes XS to 2XL and every youth size. Moreover, you can mix sizes within one design and still meet the 20-piece minimum.
For the best fit, collect each runner's chest and waist measurements before ordering. We then check them against our size chart for you.

What is the minimum order for custom running wear?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per design. You can mix adult sizes XS to 2XL and youth sizes in the same order, so one squad order covers juniors and seniors.
How much does custom running wear cost?
Blank prices at MOQ 20 are: running singlet $7, running shorts $9, dry-fit t-shirt $7, half-zip top $9, compression shirt $8, compression tights $10, leggings $8, sports bra $7, sprint briefs $6, race suit $12, running jacket $12 and team tracksuit $14-22 per set. Decoration, custom labels, hang tags and shipping are charged on top.
Can I order a sample before the full team order?
Yes. We make one sample piece before bulk production. A running singlet sample costs $45 and a pair of running shorts costs $50; other samples are quoted per product. Samples take 7 to 15 days, depending on the product.
How long does production and shipping take?
Bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample. We then ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, which usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
What fabrics do you use for custom running wear?
Singlets, shorts, tees, race suits and tracksuits use polyester, because sublimation only works on polyester. Compression wear, leggings and sports bras use dry-fit nylon-spandex from 160 to 350 GSM, decorated with screen print, DTF or reflective print.
What sizes do you make?
Adult sizes run from XS to 2XL, and we make all youth sizes. You can mix sizes freely within one design, and size labels are free.
Can you match our club colours and sponsor logos?

What are your payment terms?
Most clients pay 100% upfront. If you prefer, you can pay 70% first and the remaining 30% after you see photos of the finished order, before we ship. We cannot offer a 50/50 split, because our blank prices are already below market rates.
