Logo printing, custom labels, hang tags and shipping are quoted on top, so 20 sets with a printed logo on both pieces come to about $500 before shipping.
What is the minimum order for custom yoga and pilates apparel?
The minimum is 20 pieces per design, and grip socks start at 50 pairs. You can mix adult sizes XS to 2XL and youth sizes inside the minimum, so one studio order can cover every instructor.
Can I order a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. We make a single-piece sample first so you can check fit, stretch and coverage. A sample of our leggings or sports bra costs $50, other samples are quoted per product, and each takes 7 to 15 days to make. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
How long does a custom yoga apparel order take?
The free 2D mockup is usually ready within 24 hours. After that, the sample takes 7 to 15 days, and bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample. DHL, FedEx or UPS then deliver in about 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
What fabric do you use for yoga leggings and pilates sets?
We use dry-fit nylon-spandex from 160 to 350 GSM with a soft, buttery hand feel. Heavier weights suit squat-proof leggings, while lighter weights suit tops and tanks. We cut and sew every piece, so we do not offer seamless knitting.
Do you make pilates grip socks and bodysuits?
Yes. Pilates grip socks have a non-slip sole and your studio logo, knitted in or printed, from 50 pairs at $3 a pair. One-piece bodysuits and unitards start at $10 a piece, with 20 pieces per design.
Do you make men's yoga wear?
Yes. Men's yoga shorts start at $8 a piece, with or without a liner, and instructor tees start at $7. Both can carry the same logo and colours as your women's range.
Can you add our studio logo and custom labels?
Yes. Your logo can be screen printed, DTF printed, embroidered or applied as a silicone, reflective or metallic print, and we can sublimate all-over prints across the whole garment. Size labels are free, custom woven labels cost $20 per order and hang tags cost $30 per order.
What payment terms and methods do you accept?
Most clients pay 100% upfront. Alternatively, you can pay a 70% deposit and the 30% balance after you see photos of the finished order, before shipping. Our low blank prices leave no room for a 50/50 split.
