Custom Sublimation BJJ Gi: What Can Be Printed?
Our gis are cotton, not polyester, so we sublimate the parts that take a full-colour print: the inner lining, trim panels and bags. Your no-gi kit, on the other hand, is printed edge to edge.
- Inner jacket lining: full-colour academy art inside the gi, hidden when you compete.
- Trim panels and pant details: printed accents that match your rash guards.
- Rash guards, spats and shorts: fully sublimated, front to back, with names and rank stripes.

A custom BJJ gi costs $35 per piece blank at 20 pieces, and a kids' gi costs $20. Belts are $4, rash guards are $8, spats $9 and grappling shorts $10 blank. Logos, labels and shipping are added on top. For example, 20 gis with an $8 embroidered back patch come to $860 plus shipping.
Can you make bulk custom BJJ gis for a whole academy?
Yes. Bulk custom BJJ gi orders start at 20 pieces, and every gi carries the same academy design in the sizes you need. Each product has one fixed blank price, so there are no hidden quantity tiers to work out.
Do you make custom sublimation BJJ gis?
Yes. Our gis are cotton, not polyester, so we sublimate the inner jacket lining, trim panels and gi bags in full colour. Rash guards, spats and grappling shorts are fully sublimated. The outer gi stays white, royal blue or black, which also keeps it legal for IBJJF events.
Are your BJJ gis IBJJF-legal?
We make gis to IBJJF uniform rules: white, royal blue or black, jacket and pants in the same colour, correct sleeve and pant lengths, and patches only in permitted areas. The IBJJF does not certify any manufacturer, so no maker can honestly call its gis IBJJF approved.
Can I get a sample before the full order?
Yes. A single-piece BJJ gi sample costs $150, and samples of rash guards, spats and other items are quoted per product. Samples take 7 to 15 days depending on the product. Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample.
How long does production and shipping take?
Bulk production takes 14 working days after sample approval. We then ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, which usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
What are your payment terms and methods?
Most clients pay 100% upfront. If you prefer, pay a 70% deposit and the 30% balance after you see photos of the finished order, before shipping. Our low blank prices leave no room for a 50/50 split. We accept Remitly, Xoom (a PayPal service), ACE Money Transfer, Ria, IME, Transfast, Instant Cash, EzRemit, Hello Paisa, Lulu Money, Al Ansari Exchange, Al Fardan Exchange, Enjaz, Fawri and RAKBANK.
What gi fabrics, weaves and GSM can you make?
We make every gi weave and weight available on the market, including single, double, pearl, gold, honeycomb and ripstop. Tell us the GSM you want, or ask us to suggest one for your climate and budget. We confirm the fabric in your quote.
What sizes do your BJJ gis come in?
Use our standard A-size chart (A0 to A4, plus kids' sizes) or send your own size chart. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed in one order of 20.
Can you match our academy colours and patches?
Yes. Send your colour codes and logo or patch files, ideally vector. We also accept PNGs, tech packs, AI concept images and hand sketches. You get a free 2D mockup, usually within 24 hours, and a 3D CLO simulation is available.
Do you make private label BJJ gear for jiu jitsu brands?
Yes. Brands get their own woven labels for $20 per order and hang tags for $30 per order, while size labels are free. Your logo goes on the gi, rash guards and bags, and nothing shows the Lethletic name.
