These Terms & Services govern your use of lethletic.com and your relationship with Lethletic Sportswear as a manufacturing partner. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (lethletic.com), submitting a quote request, placing an order, or entering into any business relationship with Lethletic Sportswear ("Lethletic," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our services.
02Our Services
Lethletic provides custom clothing manufacturing services including, but not limited to:
- Custom sportswear (jerseys, compression wear, leggings, training sets, shorts)
- Custom fight wear (MMA shorts, rash guards, boxing gear, BJJ wear)
- Custom casual wear (hoodies, joggers, tracksuits, streetwear)
- Private label manufacturing and branding services
- Design assistance and digital mockup services
- Pre-production sampling
All products are custom-manufactured to order. We do not sell ready-made stock products.
03Ordering Process
Quote & Agreement
All orders begin with a quote request. A formal quote is provided based on your specifications. A binding order is created only when you confirm the quote in writing and pay the required deposit.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design. Different MOQs may apply to specific products or during promotional periods.
Design Approval
Before bulk production, we provide a digital mockup for your approval. A physical pre-production sample is also produced. Bulk production begins only after you provide written approval of the sample. Once approved and production begins, design changes cannot be accommodated.
Order Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring all order details — sizes, quantities, colors, design files, and branding — are accurate before approval. Errors found after approval may result in additional charges.
04Payment Terms
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to confirm your order and begin production. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your quote.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment of goods. We do not ship any order with outstanding payments.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and other payment methods as agreed upon. Payment details will be provided in your invoice.
Currency
All quotes and invoices are issued in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations.
05Production & Timelines
Standard Production Time
Our standard production turnaround is 14 business days (2 weeks) from the date of written sample approval and receipt of deposit payment. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
Delays
Lethletic will not be held liable for production delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: supplier delays, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or force majeure events. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.
Client-Caused Delays
Delays caused by late design approvals, late payment of deposits, or unclear instructions from the client may extend the production timeline. Any resulting delivery delay is not the responsibility of Lethletic.
06Shipping & Delivery
Carriers
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other international couriers. The carrier and shipping method will be agreed upon at time of order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the client and will be clearly stated in your invoice.
Customs & Import Duties
The client is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. Lethletic is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Delivery Timeframes
International delivery typically takes 3–10 business days depending on the destination, subject to customs clearance. We provide tracking numbers for all shipments.
07Quality & Inspection
We conduct internal quality checks at each stage of production. All garments are inspected before shipment. Minor variations of up to 3% in dimensions or color compared to the approved sample are considered within acceptable manufacturing tolerances and do not constitute defects.
If you wish to conduct third-party quality inspection at our factory before shipment, this must be arranged and agreed upon before production begins.
08Returns & Refunds
Custom Products
As all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that match the approved sample and are free from manufacturing defects.
Defective Products
If goods arrive with genuine manufacturing defects that were not present in the approved sample, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once bulk production has commenced. If cancellation is requested before production begins, the deposit may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on costs already incurred (sampling, materials sourcing, design work).
09Intellectual Property
Client-Owned Designs
You retain ownership of all design files, logos, and artwork you provide to us. By submitting your designs, you confirm that you have the right to use and manufacture products bearing those designs, and you grant Lethletic a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Lethletic's Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Lethletic Sportswear and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our website content without prior written permission.
Portfolio Rights
Unless you instruct us otherwise in writing, Lethletic reserves the right to use photographs of completed products for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. If you require confidentiality, please inform us before production begins.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lethletic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
11Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Services by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Services at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
13Governing Law
These Terms & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.
For international clients, we are open to resolving disputes through mutual negotiation and, if necessary, international arbitration as an alternative to litigation.
