What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 20 pieces per design across every range. Sizes can be mixed inside the same 20 pieces, so a team, gym or new brand can order without holding large stock.
How much does custom clothing cost?
Blank prices start at $4 per piece for sublimated jerseys, $7 for activewear, $8 for fight wear and t-shirts, and go up to $35 for a BJJ gi or $50 for a varsity jacket. Printing or embroidery usually adds $3 to $8 per piece, custom labels $20 per order and hang tags $30 per order, while shipping is quoted separately.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Lethletic makes a single-piece sample at a separate sample price, so you can check fit, fabric and print in hand. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
How long does production take?
Bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample. After that, shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
Do you offer private label manufacturing?
Yes. Your woven labels, hang tags and packaging go on every piece, with no Lethletic branding. Size labels are free, custom labels cost $20 per order and hang tags $30 per order.
What if I don't have a design ready?
That's fine. Send a reference photo, a sketch or just your logo and colours, and the in-house design team makes a free 2D mockup, usually within 24 hours.
