20 pieces per design. You can mix adult and youth sizes inside those 20 pieces, so a small brand can launch one lounge set in a full size run without holding extra stock.
Yes. We make a single-piece sample first so you can check the fabric, softness and fit. A sample costs $60 to $120 depending on the product and takes 7 to 15 days. Bulk starts only after you approve it.
Bulk production takes 14 working days after sample approval. We then ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, which usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
Most lounge sets, hoodies, crewnecks and joggers are made in premium cotton fleece or French terry from 280 to 400 GSM. French terry is lighter and smooth on the inside; brushed fleece is warmer and softer. We also make waffle-knit sets, and robes in cotton terry, waffle or plush fur. Tees use a lighter cotton jersey, and we match the weight you ask for at the mockup stage.
Adult sizes XS to 2XL, plus all youth sizes. Sizes can be mixed in one order, and you choose a relaxed, oversized or regular fit before patterns are graded.
Yes. We add your custom woven neck labels ($20 per order) and hang tags ($30 per order), while size labels are free. Your logo can be embroidered, screen printed, DTF printed, puff printed or added as a chenille patch, so the finished pieces carry your brand only.
Most clients pay 100% upfront. If you prefer, you can pay a 70% deposit and the 30% balance after you see photos of the finished order, before it ships. Our low blank prices leave no room for a 50/50 split.
