Blank custom leggings cost $8 per pair at Lethletic, and a matching leggings and sports bra set costs $15. A printed logo adds about $5 per piece, so 20 pairs of leggings with a DTF logo come to about $260 before shipping. What fabric do you use for leggings and activewear?
Our activewear is made in dry-fit nylon-spandex from 160 to 350 GSM. It has the soft, buttery hand-feel buyers expect from premium leggings, stretches four ways, and pulls sweat away from the skin.
How do I make sure leggings are not see-through?
Choose a heavier fabric, usually in the upper part of our 160 to 350 GSM range, and test it on a sample before bulk. Do a squat test in good light with the sample, because opacity also depends on colour and fit.
What logo printing options are available for activewear?
Lethletic offers sublimation, DTF, vinyl, silicone and 3D logos, puff vinyl, reflective prints and silver or gold metallic finishes. Silicone and reflective logos are popular on leggings and sports bras because they stay flexible when the fabric stretches.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Lethletic makes a single-piece sample at a separate sample price, so you can check the fit, fabric weight and logo in hand. Bulk production starts only after you approve it.
Do you offer full private label activewear?
Yes. Your woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging go on every piece, with no Lethletic branding. Custom labels cost $20 per order and hang tags $30 per order, while size labels are free.
How long does a private label activewear order take?
Bulk production takes 14 working days after you approve the sample. After that, shipping by DHL, FedEx or UPS usually takes 3 to 7 days to the USA, UK, Europe and the Gulf.
Can you match my brand colours?
Yes. Send your Pantone codes or a colour swatch and we match the fabric and logo colours to it. Your sample shows the exact shade before bulk production starts.
