Embroidery is a classic, premium look — thread stitched directly into the fabric. It looks great, especially for logos. But the cost logic is different. An embroidery machine has to be set up and run for every jersey, so low quantities get expensive fast. And if every player has a different name or number, each one requires a separate setup — which pushes the price up further.

Tackle Twill is a specific type of embroidery where a separate piece of fabric (cut into the shape of letters or numbers) is layered onto the jersey and then stitched down around the edges with a zigzag stitch. It's the method you see on professional NHL jerseys — that raised, premium feel. It looks incredible, but it costs more and takes more time.

2. Quantity: Why Ordering More Saves You Money

This is the part most first-time buyers don't fully understand. When you order 20 jerseys with embroidered logos, the machine has to run for each individual piece.
