1. Introduction

These Terms and Services govern your use of the Lethletic Sportswear website and your business relationship with us as a manufacturer. By placing an order or contacting us, you agree to these terms in full.

Lethletic Sportswear is a custom garment manufacturer based in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, specializing in sportswear, fight wear, and streetwear for brands worldwide.

2. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity

  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from 20 pieces per style
  • Orders below the MOQ will not be accepted
  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp before production begins
  • We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion

3. Custom Design & Artwork

  • You are responsible for providing accurate design files, measurements, and specifications
  • Accepted file formats: AI, PDF, PNG (300dpi minimum), CDR
  • If you require design assistance, our team will prepare a technical design sheet for your approval before production
  • Any design errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Lethletic Sportswear

4. Samples & Approval

  • A pre-production sample will be produced before bulk orders begin
  • Sample approval must be provided in writing before bulk production commences
  • Sample costs may apply and will be communicated before production
  • Bulk production will only begin after written sample approval is received
  • Changes requested after bulk production has started may incur additional charges

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed
  • A deposit of 50% is required before production begins
  • The remaining balance is due before shipment
  • Prices are subject to change based on fabric costs, order quantities, and design complexity
  • All pricing is transparent and all-inclusive — no hidden charges

6. Production Turnaround

  • Standard production time is 2 weeks after sample approval and deposit payment
  • Rush orders may be accommodated subject to availability and may carry additional charges
  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to fabric availability or unforeseen circumstances
  • We will keep you informed of any delays

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other trusted partners
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon handover to the shipping carrier

8. Intellectual Property

  • You confirm that you own or have the right to use all logos, designs, and artwork submitted to us
  • We will not reproduce your designs for any other client without your written permission
  • Lethletic Sportswear retains the right to use product images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing

9. Quality & Returns

  • We maintain strict quality control throughout production
  • Minor variations in color (up to 5%) are considered acceptable in garment manufacturing due to fabric dye lots
  • Claims for defective products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Claims must include photos and a written description of the defect
  • We will offer replacement or credit for verified manufacturing defects
  • Returns are not accepted for correctly produced orders that match the approved sample

10. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after production has begun will forfeit the deposit
  • Orders cancelled before production begins may receive a full or partial refund depending on materials already purchased

11. Limitation of Liability

Lethletic Sportswear’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, or reputational damage.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Services are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Services at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.
